Baked potato soup:
(Kami's Recipe)
1 bag hash browns (southern style)
2 cups chicken stock
3 cups milk
Salt & pepper to taste
3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Bacon bits
Chives
Preperation:
Combine in pot on stove. Cook until boiling and then smash the potatoes. Take off heat and add 3 cups of the cheese.
When ready to serve top bowls with bacon bits, sour cream, chives, & more cheese.
